Extended sessions offer the time and space to go deeper into your internal world without feeling rushed. This format is ideal for exploring complex experiences such as trauma, grief, identity questions, or entrenched relational patterns that benefit from a slower, more immersive pace.
With additional time, we can move beyond insight into lived emotional experience—allowing space for somatic processing, parts work, and deeper exploration of unconscious dynamics as they arise in the moment. Extended sessions also support continuity, helping you stay with meaningful material long enough for it to shift, integrate, and take root.
This option is well-suited for those who want to engage therapy at a more intensive level or who find that traditional 55-minute sessions end just as the work is opening.
Individual therapy provides a consistent, focused space to explore your inner world and the patterns shaping your life. In these 55-minute sessions, we work collaboratively to understand emotional struggles, relational dynamics, and the underlying experiences that influence how you think, feel, and respond.
Grounded in a psychodynamic and experiential approach, therapy invites both insight and felt experience—helping you move beyond intellectual understanding into meaningful change. Sessions may incorporate elements of somatic awareness, parts work, and reflective dialogue to support greater self-understanding, emotional flexibility, and resilience.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or a general sense of feeling stuck, individual therapy offers a steady container for growth, healing, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Couples therapy offers a space to slow down and understand the deeper patterns shaping your relationship. Rather than focusing only on surface-level conflict, we explore the emotional and relational dynamics beneath it—how each partner’s history, attachment needs, and protective strategies interact to create cycles of disconnection or tension.
Using a psychodynamic and experiential approach, sessions help partners move beyond blame and defensiveness toward greater awareness, empathy, and emotional responsiveness. You’ll learn to recognize recurring patterns, communicate more authentically, and engage one another in ways that foster safety, intimacy, and mutual respect.
This work is not about “fixing” one partner or determining who is right—it is about transforming the relationship itself. Whether you are navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or seeking a deeper connection, couples therapy can help you create a more secure and meaningful partnership.
We offer preparation and integration services for individuals engaging in neuroplastigen (psychedelic-assisted) experiences. This work is grounded in helping you clarify intention, cultivate psychological readiness, and create a safe, supportive internal framework prior to your experience. Following your journey, integration sessions focus on making meaning of what emerged—translating insight into lasting emotional, relational, and behavioral change.
Our approach draws from psychodynamic therapy, somatic awareness, and parts-based work to support deep, sustainable transformation. Whether you are seeking healing from trauma, navigating grief, or pursuing personal growth, we provide a grounded space to help you process and embody your experience.
Important: We do not provide, administer, or facilitate access to any psychedelic substances, nor do we offer guidance on how to obtain them. All services are strictly limited to preparation and integration support in alignment with current laws in Idaho.
We are honored to offer reduced-rate sessions for veterans through our Veterans Scholarship Program. These sessions are available on a sliding scale based on individual financial need, with the intention of making high-quality, depth-oriented therapy more accessible to those who have served.
Veteran sessions provide the same level of care as our standard services, with a focus on addressing the unique experiences that can accompany military service—such as trauma, loss, identity transitions, and the challenges of reintegration into civilian life. Our approach is grounded in psychodynamic and experiential work, supporting both insight and deeper emotional processing in a respectful, collaborative space.
Availability is limited and offered based on need. Please reach out to inquire about current openings and to discuss what level of support may be available to you.
For clients seeking added comfort, privacy, or convenience, we offer in-home therapy sessions as an add-on service. This option allows you to engage in the therapeutic process within your own environment—often supporting a greater sense of ease, safety, and real-world application of the work.
In-home sessions maintain the same depth-oriented, psychodynamic and experiential approach as our in-office services, while adapting to the unique dynamics of your personal space.
Pricing for this service varies based on location and travel considerations. Please call for details and to discuss availability in your area.
It is my honor to walk with you on this journey.
